TACT Fostering & Adoption is the UK’s largest charity provider of fostering and adoption services. We have been providing adoption services to children and young people in care since 2004. Since then we have found loving and stable family homes for over 100 children.

TACT Adoption strives to find families who best suit a child’s needs. Sadly the majority of looked after children will have come into care having suffered abuse or neglect. Adoption is a wonderful thing and brings many positives to a young person’s life. Just joining a loving new family does not mean all the hurt and trauma form the past will disappear.. Children and their adoptive families may need support over the years to come to ensure they can all enjoy a happy and fulfilling family life together.

At TACT we aim to provide all our families with a variety of support including information and advice, therapeutic training programmes, round the clock telephone advice and regular support groups. We also provide opportunities for families to get together socially to share experiences over a cup of tea, whilst providing entertainment for the children.

Unfortunately we receive no government funding for these extra services but believe they are vital to the wellbeing of an adoptive family. Please show your support today by donating £10. We urgently need more black and dual heritage families who are able to offer a loving and secure future to children though adoption.
